Co-Founder of Tavolo Group, Ado is an all-around professional mixologist and culinary mastermind. Starting his career tending some of Sydney’s most looked after bars, Ado’s innovative cocktail creations and experimental, anything-goes approach, has quickly set him apart. After moving to Bali and launching The Avocado Factory with his brother, Ado took the helm of Tavolo Group’s culinary developments. He has since skilfully infused his creative flair into the group’s cutting-edge F&B concepts, such as The Avocado Factory, Uma Garden, Hippie Fish, BB52 Burgers, Shum Vagabondo, and The Shady Family’s bars. Transitioning from cocktail artistry to leading Tavolo’s culinary evolution, his pivotal role has established him as a key figure in shaping Bali’s vibrant gastronomic landscape.
