You Will

• Oversee maintenance and repair of kitchen and bar equipment to ensure reliable daily operations.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with chefs, bar staff, and management to align equipment needs with operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment status, service schedules, and completed repairs.
• Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.
