As the Head Chef of our Central Kitchen, you will be the creative force and operational leader behind BB52’s signature burgers. This role combines culinary innovation with strategic management, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen reflects both quality and consistency while driving efficiency and financial success.
You Will
- Design and update menus, creating new recipes that showcase quality, variety, and innovation.
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure kitchen equipment is maintained in top condition.
- Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent service.
- Control food costs and manage expenses, contributing to overall business performance.
- Resolve kitchen challenges swiftly, from staffing gaps to equipment issues, ensuring smooth service flow.
