As a Commis at BB52 Canggu, you will gain hands-on experience in the heart of our kitchen. This role focuses on learning, supporting senior chefs, and consistently delivering dishes that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and efficiency.
You Will
- Support senior chefs in daily tasks, from ingredient preparation to cooking and plating.
- Prepare food components such as chopping, marinating, and measuring with accuracy.
- Cook dishes to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining consistent quality.
- Keep your station clean and sanitized throughout the shift and at closing.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including handling allergies and cross-contamination.
