Head Barista – The Avocado Factory

You Will

• Lead the barista team, setting standards in coffee preparation, presentation, and guest interaction.
• Oversee daily bar operations, from opening to closing, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Train and mentor baristas on brewing techniques, service etiquette, and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate on new beverage ideas and stay inspired by industry trends.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and addressing feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming coffee bar in line with our brand values.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in coffee and beverage preparation (hospitality/F&B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, brewing methods, and espresso machine operation.
• Proven ability to craft a wide variety of beverages to a consistently high standard.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in motivating a team, delegating tasks, and resolving challenges.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing inventory and workflow.
• Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
