Hostess – The Avocado Factory

You Will

• Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and seating arrangements with care and efficiency.
• Oversee the waitlist during peak hours, provide accurate wait times, and keep guests informed.
• Support a smooth dining experience by assisting guests with menu questions and restaurant information.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient table turnover and service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a natural sense of hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
• Positive attitude, polished appearance, and guest-first mindset.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage.
