Hippie Fish started with a simple idea: bring the Mediterranean to Bali, and let the two meet on the plate. We cook the way the coast has always eaten — fish pulled fresh, vegetables grown nearby, olive oil and herbs doing the heavy lifting. It's the Mediterranean diet, which is really just a long, delicious argument for eating well and living longer. Everything local where we can get it, organic where it counts. And here you're not a customer working through a bill — you're a guest at our table. We'd rather you leave a little healthier and a lot happier than when you walked in.
