You Will
- Leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion, setting deadlines, and allocating resources.
- Providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Analyzing complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and developing innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Evaluating and improving existing systems, procedures, and equipment to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all projects and processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, management, and clients, to define requirements and deliverables.
- Contributing to the technical strategy and roadmap of the organization and staying updated on emerging technologies.”
