Floor Supervisor – BB52 Burgers Canggu

You Will

• Supervise, train, and guide employees; monitor performance, provide feedback, and address conflicts.
• Manage daily activities to ensure smooth workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure that operational plans are executed effectively.
• Ensure high-quality service, handle customer complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensure products are stocked.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor sales and other data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and manage schedules to optimize team performance.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and customers to resolve issues as they arise.

• Need to be able to motivate and manage a team, lead by example, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for clear communication with staff, management, and customers.
• Must be able to handle conflicts, resolve issues quickly, and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are crucial to manage your own workload and a team’s activities.
• Maintaining quality standards, ensuring accuracy in paperwork, and managing inventory.
• Experience with relevant software is a must, such as Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Should be knowledgeable about workplace safety, cash handling, loss prevention, and any industry-specific regulations or procedures.
• Ability to track and report on team and individual performance.
