You Will

• Provide a warm welcome and guide guests to their tables with professionalism.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders using POS or order slips.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure accuracy in delivery.
• Engage with guests by answering questions, recommending dishes, and resolving concerns.
• Handle payments efficiently, whether by cash or card, and issue change as needed.
• Clear and reset tables while keeping the dining area clean and inviting.
• Relay special requests and dietary requirements accurately to the kitchen team.
• Promote appetizers, desserts, and drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales.
• Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
