You will greet guests, manage reservations, and guide them through a seamless dining journey with poise and attentiveness. With a balance of elegance and genuine care, you embody the spirit of Uma Garden; where every guest feels seen, welcomed, and at home.
You Will
- Warmly welcoming guests as they arrive, providing menus, and escorting them to their tables.
- Handling phone calls, taking reservations and managing the seating chart.
- Managing the waitlist during busy periods, providing accurate wait times, and keeping guests informed.
- Ensuring a pleasant dining experience by addressing guest needs, answering questions about the menu, and providing information about the restaurant.
- Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and efficient table turnover.
- Keeping the front-of-house area, including the hostess stand, clean and organized.
