At Tavolo Head Office, the Security team plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and trusted environment for our employees, guests, and partners. As part of this team, you ensure the protection of our premises, assets, and operations with vigilance and professionalism. Working closely with management and staff, you will help uphold Tavolo’s standards of safety, discipline, and hospitality.
You Will
- Regularly patrol premises to deter criminal activity, check for hazards, and secure property.
- Control entry and exit points for buildings, vehicles, and people. This may involve checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and using scanning equipment.
- Respond to emergencies, including accidents, fires, or security breaches. This may involve providing first aid or coordinating with law enforcement and other emergency services.
- Enforce site-specific rules and regulations. Investigate suspicious activities, trespassing, or other incidents and report findings.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, patrols, and other activities during a shift. Prepare reports for management or supervisors, which can help improve security policies.
