JONATHAN JEANNENOT

Jonathan began his career in the bar industry in 2000. He transitioned to the corporate world in 2006 after earning his Master’s in Marketing, where he worked with industry giants like Moët Hennessy, Diageo, Heineken, and Redbull. His enduring passion for products and cocktails drew him back to hospitality, leading him to manage bars for exclusive venues in the French Alps. Since moving to Bali in 2014, Jonathan has been instrumental in shaping venues such as Rebenga and Koho hotel on Gili Air. He further honed his skills as a beverage director at MMK, overseeing the launch of both Shishi and The Forge. Now a co-owner and the Operational Director of Tavolo Group, Jonathan plays a pivotal role in optimizing processes and steering the group’s operational excellence.
