Transforming plastic trash into treasure

Building a sustainable venue with upcycled plastic materials

We’re proud to announce our new venue, which showcases our commitment to sustainability and innovative recycling practices. In collaboration with ECOLLABO8, we have sourced and upcycled plastic waste materials to create a truly unique and environmentally friendly space. From the tables you dine on to the fence that surrounds our premises, and even the tiles adorning our walls, we have incorporated upcycled plastic into various elements of our venue. Notably, our pergola stands as a testament to our efforts, as we have repurposed a staggering 1600kg of plastic waste to construct this remarkable structure.

This exceptional use of plastic waste not only adds a distinctive touch to our ambience but also serves as a powerful symbol of our commitment to reducing plastic pollution and promoting a circular economy. By giving new life to discarded plastic, we demonstrate that even trash can be transformed into something beautiful and valuable.

CONSTRUCTION WITH SUSTAINABLE BRICKS

Introducing EcoCrete and the Power of geopolymer technology

We are excited to introduce EcoCrete, a pioneering company at the forefront of sustainable construction materials. They have revolutionized the production of bricks through their groundbreaking geopolymer technology, which harnesses the potential of coal waste. By transforming coal waste into geopolymer bricks, EcoCrete achieves a remarkable reduction in carbon emissions compared to conventional brick manufacturing processes. These sustainable bricks not only provide an eco-friendly alternative but also offer excellent durability and strength, making them the ideal choice for builders and architects committed to sustainability.

Construction

Our restaurant takes a strong stance on being environmentally friendly. The use of eco-sustainable and recycled bricks, as well as sustainable cement in construction, demonstrate this.

Additionally, a rain water collection system has been installed to conserve water, which will be utilized for the garden and toilets.

The furniture design and decorative art also incorporates recycled plastic, further emphasizing our efforts towards sustainability.

Waste Management

Our focus is on minimizing waste and, reducing our use of plastic as much as possible. To do this, we source our products from sustainable partners and use eco-friendly packaging.

Our waste management approach includes meticulous sorting and proudly partnering with responsible recycling organizations.

Farming

Our products are ethically and locally sourced. We work hands in hands with local artisans and farmers, promoting socially responsible and community-building practices.
